About the role
- Oversee the loan lifecycle from an operational perspective, ensuring core closing processes are completed in a timely manner and any discrepancies/issues are escalated and investigated.
- This may include navigating cancellations, rebookings, adjustments, or participations.
Responsibilities
- Support completion of daily and escalation reports.
- Collaborate across counterparties, and internal and external teams, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Requirements
- Review corporate actions related to loan trades to support processing, tracking, and reporting adjustments or changes affecting loans, ensuring required updates are applied accurately.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Understanding of syndicated loans lifecycle 1-4 years relevant financial experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills
Skills
- May have some prior loan closing experience Some exposure to loan documentation (LMA/ LSTA, credit agreements, funding memos etc.)
