About the role
- Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms. - Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' requirements and leverage the ServiceNow platform and integrations effectively.
- Support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes.
- Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.
- Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.
- Design the security plan and ensure all solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Work with security teams to implement security measures and maintain a secure environment.
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions across the practice.
Requirements
- 8 + years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Experience with Integration Hub, Rest API and custom integration scripting.

Compensation
- $98,614.00 - $202,850.00
