  • Position Overview OmniOn Power is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in Plano, Texas.
  • This individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and business analytics while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, capital expenditures, working capital, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support strategic initiatives through business case development, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluations.
  • Partner with functional leaders to establish financial targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
  • Deliver insightful analysis of actual results compared to budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of key operational and financial metrics to support decision-making.
  • Operational Finance & Manufacturing Support
  • Evaluate product, customer, and channel profitability and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and financial controls.
  • Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, and reporting tool optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience with standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost accounting, and operational KPI analysis.

  • Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance management.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions through financial insights.

Nice to have

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and presentations.
  • Public accounting and/or external audit experience.
  • Experience within electronics manufacturing, power electronics, EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), PCB assembly, semiconductor, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Prior experience in a publicly traded company environment is a plus.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership, Board of Directors, and investors.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large data set manipulation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Experience with financial planning and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Oracle, Hyperion, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and internal control environments.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting automation tools.

  • Full-time position based in Plano, Texas.
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and company locations may be required.

Compensation

  • Lead and support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with the accounting team.
