About the role

- Overview Job Summary The Lead person role is to provide direction and support to ensure all tasks and objectives are completed successfully.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work in a humid, hot, wet, slippery, or moving surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit
- (Required): Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice to have
- Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment.
- Previous heavy machinery experience in manufacturing environment.
- Previous agriculture production/ beef plant experience.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Be attentive to detail.
Skills
- Ability to work safely, wear PPE, and follow instructions.
- Ability to attend work consistently.
- Always be aware of your surroundings.
- Follow all safety, food safety, animal welfare and sanitary dress procedures.
- Able to stand for lengthy periods of time.
- Display strong work ethic.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
