Build relationships with key team members
Work with SMEs to create and maintain engineering documentation for internal processes
Maintain customer specific system documentation in support of FDA regulatory requirements
Kimball Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Engineering Technician to support accurate, clear, and controlled technical documentation for our Indianapolis manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will create and maintain procedures, work instructions, reports, measurement data, and process documentation while partnering with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical information into user-friendly documents.
The position reports to the Injection Molding Team Lead.

Experience with GMP and documentation requirements in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and statistical software such as Minitab.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, measurement data, and process documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly written and verbal communication.
