About the role

  • This role involves coordinating with clients, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and working closely with technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Lead site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues.
  • Work closely with technicians and subcontractors to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, bids, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years proven experience in Plumbing
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in project management software and Google Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary ($90,000 - $105,000 per year) based on experience.
