You will oversee project budgets and costs, coordinate materials and equipment, and work closely with estimating, site supervisors, and general contractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Regular site presence across the GTA with company support for travel
3 to 5 years of project management experience in cladding, building envelope, or a related construction discipline
Working knowledge of cladding systems and exterior building envelope materials, with the ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and change order processes
Familiarity with Procore or a comparable construction project management platform for RFI tracking, submittals, and scheduling
Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related field is an asset
You stay organized across multiple active projects and keep clients, GCs, and consultants informed without waiting to be asked
You take ownership of schedule and budget performance and are comfortable having direct conversations when scope changes or timelines shift
You are comfortable on-site and practical about problem-solving, you find the path forward when things do not go as planned
You hold a high standard on the work and follow through on commitments, even when it would be easier to let something slide
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare project status updates for division leadership, identifying risks, cost exposures, and schedule impacts early
