Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing contracting team
- Partner with Beta Legal to maintain a comprehensive library of contract templates and clauses
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contracting matters
- Support complex vendor negotiations and balance commercial needs with legal/compliance requirements
- Drive timely contract closure to support supply chain initiatives

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of contract management experience (5+ in supply chain/procurement context)
- 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain contracting roles
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal principles
- Master's degree in related field or JD
- Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or defense contracting
- Familiarity with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management software or compliance tracking software
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
