Responsibilities
- Collaborate with logistics, operations and supply chain teams for optimal vehicle deployment.
- Implement scheduling systems to enhance vehicle utilization and minimize downtime.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing issues proactively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fleet related experience.
- Some knowledge of the rental industry, customer service, upfits, and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams but also work independently.
Compensation
- This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
