About the role
- Process Customer Payments: Handle daily customer checks, wires, and ACH remittances.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and t his hiring range may also be modified in the future.
Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor payment documentation before release.
- Manage accounts receivable banking data for customer accounts
- Support internal and external auditors with requests related to accounts receivables
Requirements
- Required HS or equivalent work experience
- Required 2+ Years experience in similar environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Two or more years' work experience in similar environment
- Intermediate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced ability to perform first level financial analysis and work with data for extended period.
Skills
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a financial database such as Workday
Compensation
- The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
