Support monthly project draws and budget variance analysis - you'll gain hands-on exposure to real-time decisions on construction projects
Prepare, review, and maintain payment draw schedules in accordance with internal processes
Maintain project budgets in Sage and support accurate data flow between Sage and Procore
Partner with Construction Project Managers to review coding accuracy, identify budget variances early, and learn the operational side of development accounting from the ground up
Support process improvements and take on additional responsibilities as needed
