In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain organized and accurate candidate records.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in [industry/sector].
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively.
