About the role
- Axos Bank Target Range: $22.00/Hr. - $28.00/Hr.
- Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Responsibilities
- Support periodic credit reviews and portfolio assessments
- Maintain accurate credit files, loan documentation, and portfolio data across internal systems
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with developing procedures and job aids
- The Portfolio Analyst I supports the ongoing monitoring and management of a commercial loan portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, portfolio management, banking, or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and commercial lending concepts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

- Assist with loan modifications, extensions, renewals, amendments, and annual review processes
- These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
