About the role

We are recruiting for a Vice President of Insurance reporting to the Managing Director and head of insurance for BlackRock.

Partner with portfolio companies on the following insurance activities: initiating and assisting in broker RFPs
Lead the administration of portfolio-wide insurance solutions
Provide hands-on insurance support to investment and legal teams, including fielding technical questions and providing trends in insurance industry
Maintain relationships with key insurance broker and insurer partners
Develop and enhance insurance-related processes and procedures
Provide administrative support on invoicing and cost allocations

Bachelor's degree required
must be able to articulately present complex technical concepts in a concise and understandable way to senior internal and external audiences
Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$145,000.00 - USD$173,500.00.
