About the role
- The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.
Responsibilities
- Create crates based on company standards and customer requirements
Requirements
- The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
