Responsibilities
- Xometry is looking for an Analytics Engineer II to own the transformation layer and gold standard of reporting at Xometry.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models (using dbt) that serve as the foundation for all company reporting.
- Partner with Data Engineers to optimize ingestion and ensure the reliability of our data warehouse and query optimization
- Maintain a high-quality data dictionary to ensure everyone in the company speaks the same "data language"
- Proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade data models and transforming raw data into clean, actionable datasets
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience within data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering
- Proficiency in writing complex, performant SQL for data transformation and analysis
- Practical experience with dbt for modeling and GitHub for version control
- Must be able to work core aligned hours to US Eastern Time / GMT-5
Compensation
- The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $76,000 - $86,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
