About the role
- This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
- Delivering team-building learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
Responsibilities

- Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.
- We seek Team Building Training Course Instructor | Team Building Training [USARC0014014] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
- This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Team Building Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
- Provide services and support as a Team Building Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Team Building Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
Requirements

- Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
- Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
- Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together
Nice to have
- 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- instructional certifications preferred.
- Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
