Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
- occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required.
- Attendance as required by department

- Experience marketing financial services, fintech, SaaS, B2B technology, automotive, lending, insurance, or other complex products.
- Experience commercializing pricing, revenue, profitability, or transaction-based solutions.
- Experience conducting customer research and competitive intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Compensation
- $150,000 - $172,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan.
