About the role
- Supervises merchandise handling process.
- Supervises and provides training for the daily activities of all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager.
- Oversees replenishment process and provides leadership team with feedback regarding staff performance and inventory need to know.
Responsibilities
- Performs audit and transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets, and phone orders.
- Communicates daily goals and priorities to support associates, redirects activities as necessary to achieve results.
- Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team.
- Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process driven environment.
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.
- The Kith Operations Lead is the right hand to the Operations Manager.
- Maintains an organized stockroom.
- Manages shipping and receiving of in store merchandise and communicates with Warehouse and HQ teams.
Requirements
- 1+ year in a retail environment.
- 1+ year in an apparel operations role.
Skills
- Efficient time management skills.
- Effective multi-tasker
- Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects at once
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Compensation
- Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00/hr
