Responsibilities

  • Starting on your fourth month, you will take full ownership of business outcomes, continue to develop your own leadership skills, and continuously expand your sphere of influence across Omnissa.
  • You will participate in revenue and sales forecasting, identify trends and opportunities to increase Services sales on the Segment/Vertical you are assigned to lead, and work together with sales teams to ensure that a proper services' offering is attached to product sales.
  • You will periodically report the state of your business segment and its operations to senior leadership, as well as manage the success of your projects, which can vary between 40 and 60 at any given time.
  • When projects are off-track, you will partner with project managers, consultants, and customer leadership to formulate plans to bring projects back to a healthy state.

Requirements

  • Experience with this stack is not required and familiarity with the tools will mainly accelerate your onboarding.

Compensation

  • The typical base salary for this role is between USD $175,000 - $200,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
  • Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
