About the role

You'll build solutions and solve technical problems--small and large--from BAU, fault finding and fixing issues to documentation, training others, and managing incidents.
You'll find improvement opportunities, participate in developing and refining policies and procedures, and help build a robust network infrastructure that scales and operates efficiently.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
You're self-motivated, manage your time well in all contexts, and know when to ask for direction.
You actively seek to develop yourself and define your role.
Documentation skills, such as troubleshooting run-books and as-built documents.

Experience with automation and tooling Python/Ansible/Bash/Git AWS and VMware experience would also be well regarded.
The right person for this job remains cool under pressure, retaining the ability to follow established processes and procedures, even in a rapidly growing network environment.
You are engaged in your working relationships, provide and receive feedback graciously, and are experienced working with a globally distributed team.
