Responsibilities
- You'll build solutions and solve technical problems--small and large--from BAU, fault finding and fixing issues to documentation, training others, and managing incidents.
- You'll find improvement opportunities, participate in developing and refining policies and procedures, and help build a robust network infrastructure that scales and operates efficiently.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
- You're self-motivated, manage your time well in all contexts, and know when to ask for direction.
- You actively seek to develop yourself and define your role.
- Documentation skills, such as troubleshooting run-books and as-built documents.
Requirements
- Experience with automation and tooling Python/Ansible/Bash/Git AWS and VMware experience would also be well regarded.
- The right person for this job remains cool under pressure, retaining the ability to follow established processes and procedures, even in a rapidly growing network environment.
- You are engaged in your working relationships, provide and receive feedback graciously, and are experienced working with a globally distributed team.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $160,000 USD
