About the role
- This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
- The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is ensuring proper level of Red Bull products is stock, maintained, displayed and rotated correctly in large and small format stores.
- Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
Compensation
- The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts.
- This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale.
- This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
- The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.
- Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
- Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
