- You'll be responsible for improving and scaling the programs, processes, and content that help employees ramp quickly, confidently explain our product, and stay up-to-date as the platform evolves.

Responsibilities
- Own Strategy & Onboarding: Define the product enablement roadmap and build scalable onboarding resources to help new hires ramp quickly.
- Measure & Optimize: Define metrics for enablement effectiveness (training participation, product knowledge) and optimize our knowledge systems to ensure content remains accurate and easy to discover.
- Your ultimate goal: accelerate new hire onboarding, build scalable knowledge systems, and ensure our teams are confident and equipped for every product launch.
- You excel at building relationships and collaborating across teams.
- Define the product enablement roadmap and build scalable onboarding resources to help new hires ramp quickly.

- You are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building programs from the ground up.
Requirements
- You are an exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts and make them approachable.
- You genuinely enjoy teaching and helping others learn, and have a track record of making complex concepts approachable and engaging for diverse audiences.
- You are engaging, energetic, and comfortable facilitating training sessions for groups of varying sizes.
- Experience at a SaaS startup or high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with billing or accounting software.
