Responsibilities
- Successfully complete a structured onboarding and training program while demonstrating Change Agility by quickly incorporating new tools, messaging, coaching, and feedback into your daily work as you develop foundational cybersecurity and sales expertise.
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives and Marketing to execute coordinated account-based prospecting strategies, applying Data-Driven Decision Making to prioritize target accounts, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and continuously improve pipeline generation.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales or business development role.
- Experience executing outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social selling channels.
Nice to have
- Experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another B2B technology environment.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other AI-enabled sales technologies.
- Compensation Bands:
- Tier B: $55-60k base, plus commission
