About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer - Pipeline to support offshore and onshore pipeline projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing pre-commissioning activities including hydrotesting, pigging, flushing, dewatering, drying, nitrogen purging, and leak testing activities in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, procedures, method statements, and engineering documents.
- Maintain project schedules and provide progress updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline pre-commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong experience in hydrotesting, pigging, flushing, dewatering, drying, and nitrogen purging.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards related to pipeline commissioning.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
Nice to have
- Offshore project experience is preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with offshore pipelines, subsea systems, and EPC projects.
Skills
- Experience with offshore pipelines, subsea systems, and EPC projects.
- Knowledge of commissioning software and reporting systems.
- Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET and OGUK Medical are an advantage.
