Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, supervise, and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and operations personnel, providing coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary to support employee growth and accountability.
- Quality Improvement & Process Optimization: Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance quality metrics, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop and maintain operational metrics, reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to measure progress against established targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with pharmacy leadership, operations teams, and key stakeholders to align departmental objectives, improve workflows, and support organizational initiatives.
- Production Planning & Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement efforts in production planning, resource utilization, and workflow management to optimize operational performance and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies, operational changes, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with workforce planning, staffing, performance management, and employee development.
- Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Employment Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Minimum of two years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a community, retail, or pharmacy operations environment.
- Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing team members in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Ability to establish, analyze, and utilize metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality, compliance, efficiency, and patient-centered service.
Compensation
- $56,000-$70,000
