Responsibilities
- You'll provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities while supporting operational growth and developing new business opportunities.
- You'll work closely with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and the state management team to drive operational excellence, strengthen leadership teams, and ensure consistency and compliance across all programs.
- This position focuses heavily on leadership development, operational excellence, compliance oversight, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives to support the long-term success of residential IDD/DD services throughout the region.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, support Program Directors across assigned residential programs while promoting accountability, collaboration, communication, and operational consistency.
- Support recruitment, staff development, retention, and leadership growth initiatives across the region.
- Community & Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with families, community partners, referral sources, and external stakeholders while representing Dungarvin throughout the community and supporting regional partnership and growth opportunities.
- Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, operational reviews, and escalated situations across all programs while supporting consistent, person-centered service delivery.
- Program Knowledge: Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/SCL/Michelle P Waiver services, and compliance in accordance to the state's standards
- Leadership: Ability to mentor, guide, and develop leaders while creating alignment and accountability across teams.
- Communication: Clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and build relationships with staff, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have a working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the facilities and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to monitor budgets, operational performance, and program efficiency while maintaining quality service delivery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
- Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with flexibility as needed to meet deadlines or support initiatives, on call as needed. Some travel is required, for intermittent and extended overnight trips.

Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
- Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.

Compensation
- Starting $76,500
