About the role
- La dynamique de votre équipe: Le groupe Engineering Effectiveness est responsable de favoriser une exécution efficace, prévisible et de haute qualité au sein de l'organisation d'ingénierie de Genetec.
- Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement et d'un encadrement continus de la part d'une équipe de gestionnaires de projet qui connaît très bien l'écosystème Genetec ainsi que ses méthodes de travail.
- Le processus d'intégration est structuré et comprend des formations sur nos produits ainsi que sur nos pratiques, notamment Kanban.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning activities, ensuring inputs, decisions, deliverables, and timelines are clearly tracked and managed.
- Maintain structured project artifacts such as plans, dashboards, decision logs, action trackers, and status information.
- Map cross-team dependencies across software development, quality assurance, product management, documentation, support, and training.
- Engage with developers, QA, and team leads to translate technical updates into actionable project insights.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering workflows, tools, project tracking, and coordination practices.
Requirements
- You are a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented project professional who thrives in software engineering environments.
- Experience working with large-scale on-premises or client/server software products.
- Experience improving project dashboards, reporting practices, work item hygiene, or project management standards.
- Software development and quality assurance experience.
Skills
