About the role

Responsibilities
- Design end to end digital hosting architectures that meet global business requirements, including availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, scalability, performance, and operational supportability.
- Develop and maintain global technical standards, guidelines, reference architectures, and design patterns for hosting platforms and infrastructure services.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure hosting solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk expectations.
- Drive strategic hosting initiatives focused on modernization, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate across business, IT, operations, cybersecurity, and vendor organizations to ensure successful delivery of hosting solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions for large scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to lead cross functional technical initiatives and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Requirements
- Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least three years of focused experience in hosting architecture.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware or comparable enterprise virtualization platforms.
- Hands on experience with enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, object storage, backup, archiving, and cloud storage services.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts related to hosting services, application connectivity, resiliency, and performance.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, or comparable infrastructure certifications.
- Experience supporting global, highly available, mission critical hosting environments.
- Experience driving infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
