About the role

The CSLP student worker's work schedule is dependent on the hours of operations and needs of Hustle PHX; however, CSLP student workers may not work more than 20 hours per week during the academic year (i.e., fall/spring).
Note: All FWS and FWS-CSLP positions require applicants to complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa to be reviewed for FWS-eligibility and awarded FWS.
Follow up with entrepreneurs who miss workshops or do not turn in assignments. - Communicate with and care for volunteers and entrepreneurs including workshop and homework reminders. - Other duties as assigned.

Assist with the set up/tear down of workshops and events. Fill out and document site reports to capture relevant data on program participants and volunteer engagement.
Manage and oversee use of Discord by volunteers and entrepreneurs. Follow up with entrepreneurs who miss workshops or do not turn in assignments.

Must have reliable transportation.
Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor's program or master's program.
Maintain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
