You will be a liaison for patient s navigating some of the most stressful moments of their healthcare journey.

Assist patients by providing requested documents and materials.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5: 0 0pm (Schedule flexibility required to meet business needs)
Every interaction you have helps someone feel supported and move forward with confidence.
6 months+ of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to handle a heavy call volume.
Check - in patients upon arrival and ensure all required documentation is available for processing.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5: 0 0pm (Schedule flexibility required to meet business needs)

$ 18.00-22.00 per hour*
