About the role
- ABOUT THIS POSITION The Manager - Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators.

Responsibilities
- Manages the daily operations of the department
- Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
- Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- 3 years of relevant experience with enrollment process
- Track record of creating an energized and empowered tea m
