About the role

  • ABOUT THIS POSITION The Manager - Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily operations of the department
  • Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
  • Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • 3 years of relevant experience with enrollment process
  • Track record of creating an energized and empowered tea m
