Maintain visibility with all team members and address any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner.
Support recruitment and selection efforts. Assist with orientation sessions.
Work with business unit and department leaders to provide support and assist in achieving department goals.
As a Human Resources Business Partner II, you will play a key role in driving business success by aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
This role supports a broad range of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, organizational development, training, and leadership support.
You'll help implement best practices, drive adoption of company programs, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.

2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred.

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
