About the role

  • VectorUSA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our San Diego office.
  • Projects may include both E-rate and non-E-rate initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
  • Pre-Construction & Proposal Support
  • Support RFP responses and proposal development
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align solutions with client requirements
  • Validate scope, design, and feasibility
  • Coordinate engineering efforts to align designs with requirements and field conditions
  • Develop and manage project cost structures and labor plans
  • Oversee procurement and validate pricing
  • Maintain documentation for audit readiness
  • Support contract modifications as needed

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or construction environments
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-site deployments

Nice to have

  • Network infrastructure
  • Wireless systems
  • Structured cabling
  • Public sector and E-rate experience preferred
  • PMP Certification (Required)
  • Industry certifications (Cisco, Aruba, or similar) - Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Compensation

  • Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience)
