About the role
- VectorUSA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our San Diego office.
- Projects may include both E-rate and non-E-rate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
- Pre-Construction & Proposal Support
- Support RFP responses and proposal development
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align solutions with client requirements
- Validate scope, design, and feasibility
- Coordinate engineering efforts to align designs with requirements and field conditions
- Develop and manage project cost structures and labor plans
- Oversee procurement and validate pricing
- Maintain documentation for audit readiness
- Support contract modifications as needed
Requirements
- 8-10 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or construction environments
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-site deployments
Nice to have
- Network infrastructure
- Wireless systems
- Structured cabling
- Public sector and E-rate experience preferred
- PMP Certification (Required)
- Industry certifications (Cisco, Aruba, or similar) - Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Compensation
- Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience)
