About the role

  • Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Teach at least 15 instructional units per semester of nursing courses, including online and in-class lectures, skills labs, and clinicals/practicums.
  • Serve on program, department, school, and college-wide committees, and participate in meetings and activities.

Nice to have

  • Current Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential.
  • Master's of Nursing degree from a regionally accredited college or university or enrolled in Master's of Nursing degree in a Nursing program from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Previous teaching experience as a nursing faculty member.
  • Ability to teach multiple nursing topics/subjects.
  • Experience working with diverse-cultural student populations.
  • Published within professional nursing journals.
  • This position is contingent upon ongoing and available funding.
  • Full-Time Equivalent
