90% Communications and Outreach Support
Communicate with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to support college initiatives and maintain a positive college image.
Support promotion of student excellence opportunities through targeted outreach and communication efforts.
Assist with the development of promotional materials within budget guidelines and support development initiatives.
Provide support and guidance to student workers as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Knowledge and understanding of university organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge and proficiency in Hootsuite or other social media management software.
Knowledge and proficiency in Canva, Canto, or other digital media management software.
Knowledge and proficiency in WordPress or other website management software.

The target base annual salary range is $41,000 up to $50,761 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Higher education.

This position requires a flexible work schedule, which may include some evening and weekend work depending on scheduled activities and events.
