Responsibilities
- 90% Communications and Outreach Support
- Communicate with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to support college initiatives and maintain a positive college image.
- Support promotion of student excellence opportunities through targeted outreach and communication efforts.
- Assist with the development of promotional materials within budget guidelines and support development initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to student workers as assigned.

Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge and understanding of university organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Hootsuite or other social media management software.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Canva, Canto, or other digital media management software.
- Knowledge and proficiency in WordPress or other website management software.

Compensation
- The target base annual salary range is $41,000 up to $50,761 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
