In this role, you'll help shape brand voice, narrative, and identity through social media, while collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.

Capture, create, and execute a high volume of social-first content grounded in audience insights, performance data, and brand voice.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and creators to deliver high-quality content on time.
Perform other duties as assigned.

5+ years of client-facing experience in content creation or content strategy, ideally support top CPG brands.
Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies, offering and receiving clear direction and feedback.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to maintain exceptional quality in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

5+ years of experience in social media content creation within an agency or in-house environment.

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
ideal fields include Communications, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.

Member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Member must occasionally lift and/or more up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, including best practices, platform nuances, and emerging trends.
Deep understanding of social-first storytelling across multiple creative formats, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), AI creative software and CapCut.
The salary range for this role is $115,000- $125,000 (Annually).
Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience.
