- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
- Requires the ability to work in a team environment as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information The Customer Service Representative is the "go to" person in the Collision Center for customer assistance.
- Customer service is our focus, so professionalism, maturity and ethical behavior are a must for this position!
