About the role
- You will source, screen, run candidates through process, and close offers.
- The mix of work will move as the business moves, giving you exposure across the full breadth of how Lila is built.
- You will sit on the Talent Acquisition team, which is based predominantly out of Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end searches across commercial, corporate development, and broader G&A roles at Lila
- Partner with senior hiring managers to define roles, calibrate panels, and run rigorous processes
- Influence creative sourcing strategies and build proactive pipelines across the functions in your portfolio
- Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and close for senior individual contributor and people-leader hires
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to push back constructively and partner directly with hiring managers
- Experience using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and reporting to drive recruiting decisions
