About the role

  • This position reports to the Quality Manager, will be fully onsite and based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of assemblies and components to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Observe and document air and hydrostatic testing procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and file inspection records and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain an organized work area to promote safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including welding, metal fabrication, and/or assembly operations.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Generate nonconforming material reports (NMRs) and issue hold tags as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ASME fabrication inspections
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection techniques

  • This highly motivated individual, as part of the Quality Team, will be responsible for assessing product and material conformity to design specifications to ensure quality, safety standards, and ASME compliance.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Verify product dimensions against ASME production drawings, specifications, and established requirements.
  • Review and compare test results against applicable specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of process-related quality issues.
