About the role

  • You'll define the visual system that makes Superpower instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design across brand moments: product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and cultural initiatives
  • Design across mediums - web, social, print, packaging, environmental, editorial, and motion
  • Build and evolve the brand system: toolkits, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries that scale
  • Collaborate directly with founders, product designers, engineers, and growth to shape how Superpower communicates
  • You'll own how Superpower looks, feels, and shows up in the world.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design - ideally at a high-growth startup, DTC brand, or top-tier agency
  • Comfort with speed and ambiguity - you ship great work fast, not perfect work slowly
  • Experience using AI tools in your creative process - for ideation, production, or experimentation
