- The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo's Technology and Product organization.

Responsibilities
- scope, plan, sequence, deliver, and land measurable outcomes across multiple teams.
- Earned trust as a strategic thought partner to Engineering Leads, PMs, and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain program plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependency maps, and keep them current as programs evolve.
- Own release gating for the data platform, ensuring quality, lineage, and readiness criteria are met before ship.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and platform teams at the senior leadership level.
- Shape how the team operates by introducing scalable planning, release, and program norms that extend beyond your own workstreams.
Requirements
- Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end in an engineering or product org.
- Prior experience at a high-growth or large-scale company where execution complexity required building new program infrastructure, not following existing playbooks.
Compensation
- $173,000 - $215,000 USD
