- This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone energized by turning complex data into clear stories and who wants their work to have a direct impact on how a global brand grows.
Responsibilities
- Develop structured testing roadmaps across channels and campaigns, selecting the most appropriate methodologies based on the business question, available budget, and data availability.
- Design and support measurement programs including incrementality testing, geo holdouts, brand lift studies, media mix modeling (MMM), and other experimental approaches.
- Collaborate across teams to implement measurement plans, monitor progress, and ensure findings are translated into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Own the day-to-day management and analysis of KAYAK's global brand tracking program, including vendor coordination, study implementation, and insight generation.
- Partner with external analytics agencies and measurement vendors to define data requirements, ensure successful delivery of data inputs, and support the execution of measurement studies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- This position is required to work from our Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, paid media, strategy, or a related analytical function - ideally within a consumer technology, travel, or digital-first environment
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Clear, confident communication skills - you can explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis
- experience with Python is a plus.
