About the role
- The Teacher's Assistant will 'float' from room to room to provide teaching assistance as needed.
- Instruct and monitor program participants in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injuries and damage.
- Keep workstations, classrooms, and all spaces safe and clean.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the daily delivered student meals; Dispose of any uneaten or unused meals properly (i.e composting, distributing at the end of the day).
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience working with children and youth.
- Has the ability to deal with a variety of individuals with consideration and respect.
- Has the ability to work effectively across cultures.
