About the role
- Semiconductor companies rely upon FormFactor's products and services to accelerate profitability by optimizing device performance and advancing yield knowledge.
- Shift: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 5:00am to 5:30pm.
- This role is responsible for high-frequency response testing, RF profiling, and tester operation for core and custom PCB products.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including testing cores and custom PCB board designs and configurations.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, improve yield, and enhance overall test efficiency.
- Manage prioritization and execution of testing activities to maximize output based on product runs, test processes, and customer or internal due dates.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations, to support testing and analysis.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to support quality and process stability.
Requirements
- Ability to work continuously in a cleanroom environment with chemicals while wearing protective clothing (smock, hairnet, gloves, etc.).
- Ability to work at a microscope for extended periods, up to 80% of a shift, depending on the assigned workstation.
- Ability to push or pull up to 10-15 lbs and routinely lift materials weighing up to 6 lbs.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Perform all technical duties of Production Test Technician I and II as required to support production needs.
- Attain expert-level proficiency with test systems and serve as a trainer and mentor for other technicians on testing processes and methodologies.

- This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $18.80 and $24.68 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
