About the role

Shift: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 5:00am to 5:30pm.
This role is responsible for high-frequency response testing, RF profiling, and tester operation for core and custom PCB products.

Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including testing cores and custom PCB board designs and configurations.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, improve yield, and enhance overall test efficiency.
Manage prioritization and execution of testing activities to maximize output based on product runs, test processes, and customer or internal due dates.
Perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations, to support testing and analysis.
Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to support quality and process stability.

Ability to work continuously in a cleanroom environment with chemicals while wearing protective clothing (smock, hairnet, gloves, etc.).
Ability to work at a microscope for extended periods, up to 80% of a shift, depending on the assigned workstation.
Ability to push or pull up to 10-15 lbs and routinely lift materials weighing up to 6 lbs.
2 years of related experience.
Perform all technical duties of Production Test Technician I and II as required to support production needs.
Attain expert-level proficiency with test systems and serve as a trainer and mentor for other technicians on testing processes and methodologies.
