Responsibilities

  • We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries.
  • We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
  • You will focus on building sustainable fan growth, deepening fan relationships, and creating connected digital ecosystems that support our artists and projects.
  • Analyze existing artist fan communities to develop content strategies that resonate with fans and encourage engagement.
  • Also, to develop ideas to maintain a steady flow of fan engaging content to drive new audiences to an artist project.
  • Monitor and analyze an artist network to understand their fandom, culture, drivers and be able to build an archetype to strategize upon.
  • Help to design customer journeys, fan clubs, and VIP experiences to maximize engagement.

Requirements

  • +3 years in digital marketing, community management, or CRM within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Deep knowledge of viral trends, platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), and direct-to-fan ecosystems.
  • Ability to ideate compelling ideas of shareable content that resonates with Mexican music fans and that connects with an artist audience.
  • Deep knowledge of Mexican music culture, fan communities, and current trends, and be able to differentiate all those audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Ambitious, self-starter requiring minimal direction.
  • Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently.

  • Strong data analytics and analysis skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency on both expected).

Compensation

  • $81,500.00 - $85,000.00
