About the role
- The Unit Builder works in teams of 2 people.
- Two of them lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly, up to 50 pounds or more, from the conveyor and place it onto the waist high table.
- The semi-rigid foam pieces which are pre-cut are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot glued together.

Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with and without help
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Must be team oriented
- Ability to stand / walk for entire shift
- May also be asked to perform other duties, as required by supervisor.
