About the role
- Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place.
- Review all project budget reports prior to contract executions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and team members in the studio.
- Oversee projects for the Retail Architecture & Design group.
- Attend all scheduling meetings and maintain regular contact with Project Managers.
- Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the field of architecture Preferred experience in a leadership role Experience working on retail projects Experience developing and maintaining client relationships Business Development experience and strong local network preferred Registered Interior Designer or NCIDQ Certification strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field CAD and Revit knowledge Ability to lead and foster a team environment
