- Role Summary: This role is responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process, diagnosing performance, and enforcing scalable standards that enable faster, higher-quality decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the MBR process to surface risks, gaps, and actionable opportunities
- Deliver executive-ready insights that drive decision-making
- Build and drive standard work, templates, and timelines across the organization
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision quality
- Partner cross-functionally to diagnose issues and identify solutions
- Financial Analyst, Performance & Standardization to elevate business performance reviews and build disciplined, scalable processes that improve decision quality across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
- Proven ability to diagnose business performance and quantify issues and opportunities
- Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting preferred
Compensation
- $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
