About the role

  • Role Summary: This role is responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process, diagnosing performance, and enforcing scalable standards that enable faster, higher-quality decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the MBR process to surface risks, gaps, and actionable opportunities
  • Deliver executive-ready insights that drive decision-making
  • Build and drive standard work, templates, and timelines across the organization
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision quality
  • Partner cross-functionally to diagnose issues and identify solutions
  • Financial Analyst, Performance & Standardization to elevate business performance reviews and build disciplined, scalable processes that improve decision quality across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
  • Proven ability to diagnose business performance and quantify issues and opportunities
  • Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in Big 4 public accounting preferred

Compensation

  • $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD
  • Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
