Responsibilities
- Gather data and determine cost impact for plan design changes
- Support the consulting team in preparing documents for client presentations and meetings
- Build relationships with carriers, and internal, cross-functional teams
- Conduct plan design benchmarking studies
Requirements
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prepare detailed plan design documents using excel template and update when required
Compensation
- The base salary for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
- Annual renewal analysis and negotiations with carriers; prepare client reports and presentations
